At Nomena, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products sold.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must include photographic evidence of the defect by emailing nomenaroasters@gmail.com. Upon review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a credit for a future purchase.

Undelivered Orders: If your order has not been delivered, please contact us at nomenaroasters@gmail.com with your order details. We will investigate the issue with the delivery company and strive to resolve it promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Shipping Policy and Delivery Times

We ship orders on every business day.

Local Israel delivery takes between 1-9 business days.

International delivery takes between 10-29 business days.

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping company and is provided as an estimate only. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
